Ear candling is an ancient safe non-invasive procedure.
The candles are made up of natural beeswax impregnated unbleached cotton rolled into hollow tubes, approx. 230mm. long
The tapered end is gently inserted into the ear, and lit.
The rising warmed air causes a 'chimney effect' (a slight suction), and the resulting gentle vibration massages the inner ear. This vibration stimulates auricular secretions, helps break down congestion and blockages, and increases lymphatic drainage.
A wonderfully relaxing treatment, which is beneficial to sinus sufferers, for headaches and migraines, upper respiratory problems, allergies and flu symptoms.
Gentle and safe enough to treat children and the elderly.
